That’s a wrap! Kallen has returned to NYC and is already missing the cast and crew.

She is already back to work on a new surrealist World War II play entitled “The Middleman” by Marlin Thomas. The play will be produced in September at the Hudson Guild Theatre in Chelsea.

With Eugene (the ukulele) in hand, I’m headed to Waverly, Iowa to begin work on this lovely feature, currently titled “When Fear and Faith Collide” (working title). Eugene and I will be in Iowa for the next month. We are excited to work under the watchful eye of director Brian Ide. I will continue to update!

Kallen completed a sold out run playing Thea Evlstead in HEDDA at HERE Arts Center. A little about the production:   HEDDA, a new adaptation of Hedda Gabler, connects Ibsen’s infamous female protagonist with some of the world’s most prolific and tortured artistic souls (Kurt Cobain, Sylvia Plath, Sarah Kane) to explore the social and psychological circumstances that drive such individuals to madness and even suicide.
